In CrossFit you start by going to a Foundation course to provide you with the basics of CrossFit and why CrossFit is a good way of training. Through this we get you familiar with the movements and how we operate in CrossFit Box so that everybody regardless of their level can participate, have fun and have a safe workout.
Foundation course is a 10 – time group PT meeting where we go through most of the movements that are used in CrossFit. For example: Dumbbell snatch, Kettlebell swing, Pull-up, Clean and Snatch movements and many more. These 10 PT meetings help to build a healthy habit of coming to train, and gives you more confidence to join regular WOD classes which are all instructed by our coaches. Also you find friends who want to make a change in their life, and it is always easier together.
